Snickers Pretzel Bites are an irresistible sweet-and-salty treat made with gooey Snickers Minis sandwiched between crunchy pretzels and finished with a creamy peanut butter drizzle!

Snickers Pretzel Bites

Love these sweet and salty pretzel bites, you’ll want to try my other pretzel bite recipes like Brownie Batter Pretzel Bites, Samoa Pretzel Bites, Funfetti Pretzel Bites, Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites, and Peanut Butter Buckeye Pretzels—they’re just as easy, fun to make, and seriously addictive!

Why you’ll love this recipe:

Sometimes you just want a dessert that’s easy, delicious, and doesn’t require a huge grocery list. That’s exactly what these Snickers Pretzel Bites are.

The combination of salty pretzels, soft Snickers, and peanut butter chips gives you a lot of flavor and texture in one tiny bite. They’re fun to make, easy to share, and almost impossible to resist!

If you love anything sweet and salty, you need to try these Snickers Pretzel Bites. They’re crunchy, gooey, chocolatey, peanutty, and ridiculously easy to make.

The idea is simple: a Snickers Mini gets tucked between two salty pretzel snaps, baked just until the candy softens, and finished with a drizzle of melted peanut butter chips. It’s basically a tiny Snickers sandwich, and honestly, it’s hard to stop at just one.

There’s something about chocolate and pretzels that just works. Add caramel, peanuts, nougat, and peanut butter to the mix, and you have a seriously good snack.

The salty pretzel gives these bites that crunchy, savory contrast against the sweet Snickers. The candy gets soft and slightly gooey in the oven, while the pretzels stay crisp enough to give you that satisfying crunch.

Then there’s the peanut butter drizzle. It adds another hit of creamy, nutty sweetness that makes these little bites taste even more indulgent!

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Pretzel snaps
  • Snickers Mini’s
  • Peanut butter chips
  • Vegetable oil

Think of your favorite Snickers bar crossed with a chocolate-covered pretzel.

You get chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and nougat from the Snickers, but the pretzel adds a salty crunch that keeps the whole thing from tasting overly sweet. The peanut butter drizzle brings everything together with even more rich, nutty flavor.

They’re sweet and salty, crunchy and chewy, and just a little gooey when they’re fresh from the oven.

One of the best things about this Snickers Pretzel Bites recipe is how little work it takes!

Start with your pretzel snaps and place a Snickers Mini on top of each one. Pop them in the oven just long enough for the Snickers to soften.

Once they come out, place another pretzel snap on top and gently press everything together. Melt some peanut butter chips and drizzle them over the top. That’s really all there is to it!

You don’t need to make a complicated dough, mix up a batter, or spend an afternoon baking. These are the kind of easy dessert bites you can throw together when you want something homemade without a lot of effort.

How to make the best Snickers Pretzel Bites:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Space out half of your pretzels on the prepared baking sheet, then add a Snickers Mini on top of each one.
  • Bake for 4 minutes to soften the candies, then immediately sandwich another pretzel snap on top of each one.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  • Transfer the melted peanut butter chips into a ziploc bag, cut off one end, and evenly drizzle it over the pretzel bites.
  • Transfer to the fridge for 15-30 minutes to set the peanut butter drizzle.
  • Once set, carefully break off the excess candy-coating pieces around each pretzel before enjoying!

These Snickers Pretzel Bites are also one of those treats that seem to disappear the second you put them out.

They’re small enough to grab and eat in one or two bites, which makes them great for parties, holidays, game days, movie nights, or a simple dessert tray.

They’re especially fun around the holidays when you’re looking for easy treats that look cute on a cookie platter without requiring a ton of work!

And because they’re so easy to make, they’re a great recipe to keep in your back pocket when you need a last-minute dessert.

They’re fun to make, easy to share, and almost impossible to resist.

If you’re a fan of sweet and salty snacks, Snickers, chocolate-covered pretzels, or quick and easy desserts, this is definitely a recipe to try!

My top tips:

  • PRETZEL VARIETIES: I like using pretzel snaps for this recipe, but pretzel twists or waffle pretzels work great too!
  • BAKING THE ROLOS: It’s important to only leave the Snickers minis in the oven for 4 minutes. No more and no less! You don’t want them to melt and be too soft to the point where they don’t hold their shape, but you do want them to be softened enough so that it’s easy to sandwich another pretzel on top.
  • SANDWICHING THE SNICKERS: When sandwiching the Snickers candies with another pretzel, you just want to press down lightly so that the Snickers flatten out a little to fill both pretzels. Try to avoid pressing too hard because the caramel and chocolate will ooze out the sides.
  • MELTING: Adding a little vegetable oil to the peanut butter chips is my secret trick for silky smooth chocolate every time! The vegetable oil thins out the chocolate and makes it much easier to drizzle over the pretzel bites. You can also use coconut oil for a similar result.
  • DRIZZLING: I find it helpful to transfer the melted peanut butter chips into a Ziploc bag before cutting off one end and drizzling. This makes the chocolate drizzle more evenly and keeps things mess free.
  • PREPARED BAKING SHEET: Be sure to let these pretzel bites set on a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking. This ensures the chilled chocolate will easily release from the baking sheet when you’re ready to enjoy!
  • CHILLING: You can let these set at room temperature, but it may take awhile for the peanut butter drizzle to fully harden. To speed up the process, feel free to place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Once set, carefully break off the excess candy-coating pieces around each pretzel bite before enjoying.
  • STORING: I like to keep these in an airtight container in a cool, dry place at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. You can also store them in the fridge, but I recommend letting them sit out for 30 minutes to an hour before enjoying so that the caramel has a chance to soften and become chewy again.
