Why you’ll love this easy recipe:
Monster cookie dough dip is you’re a super fun treat that gives you permission to eat cookie dough! I’ll be honest, I’m still eating cookie dough if there’s raw flour and eggs but for those of you who are scared by that idea, this cookie dough dip is completely safe to eat!
Ingredients you’ll need:
- Softened cream cheese
- Softened butter
- Creamy peanut butter
- Brown sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Old fashioned oats
- Mini chocolate chips
- M&M candies
If you know me, you already know I love a no bake dessert recipe and this monster cookie dough dip lands high on the list! Serve it with pretzels for a sweet and salty combo, graham crackers, fresh apple slices, or a spoon (I won’t judge)!
How to make the best monster cookie dough dip:
- Assemble: In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until light and fluffy in texture. Add in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and oats. Beat until well incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a few extra M&M’s for good measure. Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Monster cookie dough dip contains nearly all my favorite things! There’s something so satisfying about crunchy on chocolatey M&M’s and the combination of peanut butter and chocolate will never get old… all mixed up to create mandated cookie dough eating?! Count me in!
My top tips:
- Use softened butter and softened cream cheese! It’s easier to incorporate into the other ingredients and results in a smooth and fluffy dip.
- If you’ve stored this dip in the refrigerator, give it some time to come to room temperature before serving. This just gives the dip a chance to soften and makes it a little easier to scoop with your dippers!
- If you have an electric mixer on hand, I do recommend pulling it out for this quick and easy recipe! The extra air that gets incorporated into this cookie dough dip with an electric mixer makes it extra smooth, fluffy and melt in your mouth delicious!
- I swear the texture of this dip is exactly like real deal cookie dough! It’s thick, which I enjoy, but if you like a thinner dip, you can reduce the amount of oats or add a little milk at the end to loosen the texture.
- Feel free to use regular or mini sized chocolate chips and M&M’s. I usually do the regular sized M&M’s for big pops of color and mini chocolate chips so that the chocolate isn’t overwhelming!
