How to make the best Biscoff Reindeer Cookies:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then break each pretzel twist in half to create 2 separate antlers and set aside.
- Combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Grab a biscoff cookie and dip the face of the cookie into the melted chocolate, then place onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all cookies are dipped.
- Quickly but carefully add the antler pretzels, edible eyeballs, and m&m nose onto the wet chocolate. Once decorated, set the reindeer in the fridge for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

My top tips:
- PRETZEL ANTLERS: Because it’s hard to evenly break a pretzel, I recommend using a knife to slice a shallow indent into the middle of each pretzel, where you want it to break in half. Then, snap the pretzel along the indent–it should break perfectly along the line you’ve cut!
- BISCOFF COOKIES: Feel free to use other cookies like Milano Cookies, Nutter Butters or Oreos of your choice as the base for this festive treat.
- MELTING CHOCOLATE: I recommend microwaving the chocolate in 30 second intervals to prevent any burning. I also like adding vegetable oil to the chocolate to thin it out a little and make it a better consistency for dipping. You could use coconut oil for a similar result.
- DIPPING: I find that dipping the cookies about halfway into chocolate is the perfect ratio of chocolate to cookie for me, but feel free to coat each cookie completely in chocolate too. If you coat them completely, I recommend using a fork or dipping tool to help you coat the cookies evenly and let the excess chocolate drip off cleanly.
- DECORATING: I like using red m&m’s as the nose, but you could also use Red Hot candies, or red sixlets. It’s just important to decorate the cookies while the chocolate is still wet. The wet chocolate acts as a glue, then once the chocolate sets, the antlers, eyes, and nose will stay in place.
- CHILLING: You can let the chocolate set at room temperature, but it will take longer for the chocolate to fully harden. To speed up the process, feel free to place these reindeer cookies in the fridge for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
