Oreo Fudge Bites are a creamy, 4-ingredient cookies-and-cream fudge that’s scooped into a silicone mini muffin pan and chilled into perfectly portioned, no-cut, bite-sized treats.

Oreo Fudge Bites

Love Oreos as much as I do? You’ll want to try my Oreo Dip, Monster Cookie Dough Oreos, Cookies and Cream Bark, Caramel Pretzel Oreos, Peanut Butter Dipped Oreos, Cookies and Cream Popcorn, Oreo Truffle Stuffed Strawberries and Banana Split Oreos too!

Why you’ll love this recipe:

If you’re looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing dessert that requires minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor, these 4-ingredient Oreo Fudge Bites need to be at the top of your list. Made by scooping creamy Oreo fudge into a silicone mini muffin pan and chilling until firm, these bite-sized treats are easier than traditional fudge, mess-free, and absolutely irresistible.

Whether you need a last-minute holiday dessert, a simple party treat, or something sweet to keep stocked in your freezer, Oreo Fudge Bites are the answer!

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • White chocolate chips
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Oreos

Oreo fudge is a no-bake cookies-and-cream fudge made by melting white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk then folding in vanilla extract and crushed Oreo cookies. The mixture transforms into a smooth, velvety fudge swirled with crunchy pieces of chocolate cookie and creamy filling. It’s everything people love about Oreos—just richer, softer, and even more irresistible.

One of the biggest reasons people adore this easy Oreo fudge recipe is that it requires almost zero effort. There’s no stove monitoring, no candy thermometer, and no complicated techniques. Because it uses sweetened condensed milk, the fudge sets perfectly every time—making it a go-to treat for beginner bakers, busy families, and anyone who wants a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

This recipe is also incredibly versatile. You can make it in a traditional square pan, press it into silicone molds for bite-sized pieces, or shape it for gifting. However you serve it, Oreo fudge stays creamy, rich, and full of that classic cookies-and-cream flavor.

Imagine the flavor of an Oreo cookie—but creamier, smoother, and far more indulgent. The fudge base is rich and velvety, while the crushed Oreos add satisfying little crunches along with that familiar chocolate-and-cream taste. Every bite is sweet, decadent, and full of cookies-and-cream goodness!

Traditional fudge tastes great, but let’s be honest—it can be a hassle. Cutting perfect squares? Fighting with sticky edges? Dealing with uneven slices? Not with this recipe.

Oreo fudge bites eliminate all the tedious parts of fudge-making:

  • No cutting required — just scoop, chill, and pop out of the silicone mold.
  • Perfect uniform portions — every bite is the same size and looks clean and polished.
  • Less mess — no crumbs, sticky knives, or crumbling corners.
  • Faster chilling time — mini portions firm up more quickly.

The result is smooth, creamy Oreo fudge in the perfect bite-sized shape. It’s fudge made smarter, not harder.

How to make the best Oreo Fudge Bites:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add 10 Oreos into the bowl of a food processor and pulse to crush the cookies. Pour the crushed Oreos into the fudge mixture, then stir to combine.
  • Grab your silicone mini muffin pan and evenly divide the fudge among the cups. Cut or break the remaining Oreos into large pieces, then press them into the top of each fudge bite.
  • Allow the fudge bites to set on the counter for at least 2 hours, overnight is great too. You can loosely cover the top of the fudge with foil.
  • Once the fudge bites are set, store them in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks.

If you love cookies and cream anything, these will be dangerous. Each bite is smooth and velvety from the white chocolate and condensed milk base, but with crunchy bits of Oreo throughout to give that classic chocolate-and-cream cookie flavor. They’re rich and sweet—definitely fudge—but the mini size keeps each portion satisfying without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of treat where you reach for one, then immediately consider another.

These Oreo Fudge Bites are everything you want in an easy dessert: minimal ingredients, foolproof preparation, and a flavor that people rave about. They’re perfect for holidays, bake sales, parties, or anytime you want something indulgent with hardly any effort. And because they’re made in a silicone mini muffin pan, the finished bites pop out perfectly with no sticking or breaking. They truly look and taste like professional candies, even though they take only a few minutes to make.

These no-bake Oreo Fudge Bites fit effortlessly into holiday entertaining. They look festive and elegant on dessert tables thanks to the dark Oreo pieces swirled through the creamy white fudge. Because they’re firm and portable, they pack beautifully into gift boxes, cookie tins, or treat bags. If you need something for potlucks or last-minute gatherings, this recipe comes together in minutes and tastes like something you spent far longer making. They’re also perfect for prepping ahead, since they freeze and thaw incredibly well.

My top tips:

  • MICROWAVING: Do not microwave the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk longer than necessary. Just stir until the chocolate chips are melted and combined, the mixture will melt and come together as you stir. Over microwaving can cause the chocolate to scorch and the fudge will be crumbly.
  • OREO VARIETY: I’ve used both double stuffed Oreo’s and the original Oreo cookies and both work great. You can use any variety of Oreo to customize this fudge and make it your own. My favorite is this classic cookies and cream version, but other fun ones to try are the Birthday Cake Oreos, Mint Oreos, Double Chocolate Oreos or the Red Velvet Oreos!
  • FOOD PROCESSOR:  No food processor? No problem! Using a food processor ensures even, small cookie pieces, but if you don’t have one, you can put the Oreos in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin, mallet, or something similar. Just be sure that there aren’t any extra-large chunks of cookies left when you’re done.
  • OREO PIECES: You want small chunks of Oreo cookies, not fine crumbs. Unlike making an Oreo pie crust where the cookies are pulverized into tiny crumbs, my preference for this fudge is to crush the cookies into tiny pieces, but where there is still texture.
  • WORKING QUICKLY:  This fudge mixture does start to firm up quickly, so you don’t want to let it sit around for too long before spooning it into your mini muffin pan and topping with more Oreos.
  • SILICONE MUFFIN TIN: If you’re turning this fudge into “bites” like I did, you will want to use a silicone mini muffin pan because the bites easily pop out of the cups without any liners or greasing. If you don’t have a silicone mini muffin pan, you will want to make this fudge in a lined 8 or 9 inch baking pan and cut it into squares.
  • TOPPING WITH OREOS: I like using larger pieces of Oreos to top these Oreo Fudge Bites. It’s important to make sure you’re pressing the Oreos into the surface of each bite. Any Oreos that aren’t pressed into the fudge base won’t stick properly.
  • CHILLING: These Oreo Fudge Bites need some time to firm up before you can pop them out of the pan. If you’re impatient like me, you can stick them in the fridge for 1 hour to speed up this process.
  • STORING: Leftover fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! If storing at room temperature, be sure to keep it in a dry, cool area to prevent melting.
  • FREEZING: Oreo Fudge Bites can be frozen for up to 3 months. To thaw, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

This Oreo Fudge Bites recipe sounds incredibly clever – who knew fudge could be so easy and less messy than wrestling with traditional squares? The idea of just scooping and chilling in a silicone pan is pure genius for busy folks or anyone avoiding the sticky knife battle. The promise of perfectly uniform portions and no cutting is a dream come true! While Im not sure my fudge has *ever* looked clean and polished, these bites definitely offer a fudge made smarter, not harder. And lets be real, the combination of creamy white chocolate base with crunchy Oreo bits throughout? Thats dangerously tempting. Perfect for parties or just sneaking extra bites when no ones looking!
