Oreo Fudge Bites
Oreo Fudge Bites are a creamy, 4-ingredient cookies-and-cream fudge that’s scooped into a silicone mini muffin pan and chilled into perfectly portioned, no-cut, bite-sized treats.

- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips roughly 2 cups
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 Oreos divided
In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Add 10 Oreos into the bowl of a food processor and pulse to crush the cookies. Pour the crushed Oreos into the fudge mixture, then stir to combine.
Grab your silicone mini muffin pan and evenly divide the fudge among the cups. Cut or break the remaining Oreos into large pieces, then press them into the top of each fudge bite.
Allow the fudge bites to set on the counter for at least 2 hours, overnight is great too. You can loosely cover the top of the fudge with foil.
Once the fudge bites are set, store them in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks.
