No-Bake S’mores Bars are chewy, crunchy marshmallow treats made with Golden Grahams cereal and creamy milk chocolate for an easy dessert that tastes just like a classic campfire s’more.

No Bake S’mores Bars

Love classic cereal treats? You’ll want to try all my fun twists on the nostalgic favorite like Cinnamon Toast Crunch Marshmallow Treats, Lucky`Charms Treats, and Cheez-It Marshmallow Treats—easy, gooey, and packed with delicious flavors everyone loves!

Why you’ll love this recipe:

If you love the nostalgic flavors of a campfire s’more but don’t love building a fire, these No-Bake S’mores Bars are about to become your new favorite dessert. Made with crunchy Golden Grahams cereal, gooey marshmallows, creamy milk chocolate, and buttery goodness, they’re everything you love about classic s’mores packed into an easy, sliceable treat.

Think of them as a Rice Krispie treat’s crunchier, chewier cousin. Instead of crisp rice cereal, Golden Grahams bring that signature graham cracker flavor and an irresistible crunch that makes every bite taste just like a s’more.

The best part? There’s no oven required. These No-Bake S’mores Bars come together in just minutes on the stovetop, making them perfect for summer, busy weeknights, potlucks, bake sales, or anytime you’re craving an easy dessert.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Mini marshmallows- divide
  • Butter
  • Golden Grahams cereal
  • Milk chocolate chips- divided

If you’re looking for an easy dessert that everyone will rave about, this recipe checks every box.

These bars are made completely on the stovetop, so you don’t have to heat up the kitchen. The marshmallows melt into a buttery mixture that coats every piece of Golden Grahams, creating a chewy, gooey texture with plenty of crunch. Once they’re pressed into the pan, extra marshmallows and chocolate chips are sprinkled right over the top for the perfect finishing touch.

Every bite tastes just like a traditional s’more, with buttery graham cracker flavor, melted marshmallow, and rich chocolate in perfect balance. They’re everything you love about camping season without ever leaving your kitchen!

While classic Rice Krispie treats will always have a place in my heart, Golden Grahams take things to another level.

Not only do they stay wonderfully crisp, but they also add the unmistakable honey-graham flavor that makes these bars taste just like the real thing. The result is a dessert that’s both chewy and crunchy, with much more texture than traditional marshmallow cereal treats.

If you’ve never tried making Golden Grahams S’mores Bars, you’re in for a treat. They’re simple enough for beginner bakers but impressive enough to bring to parties, cookouts, family gatherings, and holiday celebrations.

How to make the best No Bake S’mores Bars:

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper or butter it generously.⁣
  • In a large pot over medium-low heat add 6 cups of mini marshmallows and butter, then stir continuously until the mixture is melted. ⁣
  • Remove the pan from the heat, then add in the Golden Grahams, 2 cups mini marshmallows, and ½ cup chocolate chips, then stir to combine.
  • Gently press the mixture into your prepared pan using a piece of greased parchment paper or your hands. If using your hands, grease them lightly or the cereal mixture will stick.⁣
  • Top with the remaining mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, then let the bars cool completely (you can do this at room temperature or in the refrigerator).
  • Cut into equal sized bars and enjoy!

One of my favorite things about this No-Bake S’mores recipe is how incredibly easy it is to make. Everything comes together in one pot on the stovetop before being transferred to a baking dish to cool.

There’s no mixer, no complicated steps, and no baking required. Just melt, stir, press, top with chocolate, and let the bars set before slicing.

It’s the kind of recipe that’s perfect when you need a last-minute dessert but still want something homemade that everyone will ask for.

Whether you’re making dessert for a backyard barbecue, packing treats for a picnic, or simply satisfying a s’mores craving, these No-Bake S’mores Bars are guaranteed to disappear fast.

They have all the flavors of a classic s’more, the chewy goodness of a marshmallow cereal treat, and the satisfying crunch of Golden Grahams in every bite. Best of all, they’re incredibly easy to make with simple pantry ingredients and just a few minutes on the stovetop.

Once you try this easy No-Bake S’mores Bars recipe, don’t be surprised if it becomes your new go-to dessert all year long!

My top tips:

  • LINE YOUR PAN: I recommend using parchment paper to line your baking pan. Lining the pan prevents sticking, and makes it easy to lift the bars out for clean, even cuts.
  • MELTING: Use low heat to melt the butter and marshmallows. Melting the butter and marshmallows gently keeps these bars soft and chewy instead of hard.
  • GOLDEN GRAHAMS: Don’t crush the Golden Grahams! Stir them in gently so they stay crisp and give the bars plenty of crunch.
  • PRESS LIGHTLY: Avoid packing the marshmallow treat mixture too firmly into the pan, or the bars can become dense and difficult to bite into.
  • CHOCOLATE CHIPS: The chocolate chips will melt into the cereal treats if you add them while the cereal mixture is still warm. If you don’t want the chocolate to melt, let the cereal mixture cool and avoid overmixing the chocolate chips.
  • COOLING: Let the bars cool completely before slicing. This gives the marshmallow and chocolate time to set and helps the bars hold their shape. If you’re impatient like me, you can pop them in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to set.
  • STORING: These bars are at their best when they’re fresh, with crunchy cereal and gooey marshmallows, but you can store leftovers covered at room temperature for up to four days. For firmer bars, store covered in the refrigerator.
