Pizza crackers are a fun snack made by topping crackers with pepperoni, sauce, and cheese! They’re a shortcut way to make pizza in less than 10 minutes with only 5 ingredients!

Why you’ll love this quick and easy recipe:

Sometimes you just want the flavor of pizza without ordering out or having to make a whole homemade pizza from scratch! These simple pizza crackers are just the thing for when you’re craving something comforting, crispy, and cheesy.

Ingredients:

  • Ritz crackers
  • Thin pepperoni
  • Marinara or pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dried oregano

There’s something about pizza that makes it the favorite meal of nearly everyone in my family. This fun twist on traditional pizza is a great way to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds!

How to make the best pizza crackers:

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Evenly space out your crackers on the baking sheet, then top each one with a slice of pepperoni.
  • Add 1 tsp of sauce on top of the pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned on top.
  • Sprinkle with dried oregano before enjoying!

These crisp pizza crackers are a wonderful party appetizer, or snack for after work or school! They’re so good, you may just need to double the recipe! 😉

My top tips:

  • Buttery ritz crackers create the perfect base to load up with toppings and stay super crisp once baked. If you don’t have ritz, you can also use saltine crackers in a pinch!
  • You can use pre-sliced pepperoni for convenience or slice your own. If you slice your own, be sure the slices are thin. This just makes the crackers easier to bite into and eat!
  • I highly recommend following the order of pepperoni, sauce, then cheese when assembling your pizza crackers. The piece of pepperoni on the bottom acts as a barrier for the sauce and prevents the crackers from becoming too soggy.
  • Feel free to set these crackers under the broiler for 45 seconds instead of baking for 6-8 minutes. Just keep the mind the edges of the crackers may burn quickly under the broiler.
