Snickers Brownie Bites combine the comfort of fresh-from-the-oven brownies with the classic flavors of nougat, caramel, and peanuts from Snickers candy bars – they’re a decadent dessert with chunks of candy and gooey caramel in every bite!

This treat combines brownies and a Snickers candy bar, all in one rich and decadent dessert. If you love the candy bar, I also have a recipe for Snickers Cookies you will want to try!

Why you’ll love this recipe:
Looking for an extra decadent brownie recipe? These chewy snickers brownies are loaded with chunks of Snickers candy bars and chopped peanuts. Every bite is fudgy, chewy, crunchy, and basically just pure bliss!
When it comes to candy bars, everyone has their favorite. For me, it was ALWAYS the Snickers bar. With soft and chewy nougat, rich caramel, and peanuts all covered in chocolate, it truly has it all. And despite all of the new candy bars that have come along over the years, the Snickers bar still remains my fave.
Because if Snickers weren’t decadent enough on their own, why not add a rich, fudgy brownie to the mix?
My Snickers Brownie Bites are made with perfectly fudgy bite-sized brownies, stuffed with mini Snickers candy bars, then topped with a mixture of melted chocolate and peanut butter, and chopped peanuts! The best sweet and salty treat!

Ingredients you’ll need:
- Boxed brownie mix- batter prepared according to box instructions
- Snickers bites
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Creamy peanut butter
- Peanuts- chopped

Snickers brownies are rich chocolate brownies stuffed to the brim with bits of nutty caramel filled Snickers bars. Trust me, you should go ahead and make a double batch!
Every time I make brownies, there’s an argument. EVERYONE wants a corner piece, and, well, we have more people than corners around here. That’s what makes brownie bites so fantastic: every single one has a beautifully chewy outer edge AND a perfectly fudgy middle. And to make things even better, we’re adding Snickers candy bars to the center.
My Snickers Brownie Bites are quick and easy to make using a simple shortcut to save time in the kitchen. A box of brownie mix creates the best fudgy batter for sandwiching a layer of Snickers candy in the center!
This is basically a Snickers candy bar but in brownie form! It all starts with a brownie base (you can use a box mix from the store or make your favorite homemade brownie bites) that has layers of nougat, caramel, and roasted peanuts throughout.
How to make the best Snickers Brownie Bites:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare your brownie batter following the directions on the box, then evenly divide the batter among each greased mini muffin tin cup and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Immediately press a snickers bite into the center of each baked brownie bite, then set aside to cool.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
- Spoon 1 tsp of the melted chocolate and peanut butter on top of each brownie bite, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Let set completely before removing from the pan and enjoying!

What I love the most about Snickers brownies is that they come with a surprise! When you bite into them, there’s a piece of Snickers inside! These are one of my favorite brownies because they’re fudgy and are topped with the best chocolate and peanut butter topping.
Who knew that candy bar flavor could be enjoyed in brownie form? If you love Snickers bars and fudgy brownies, these have to be on your radar. I think that Snickers is one of the best candy bar options, and making a batch of these Snickers brownies is insanely good! The sweet, and fudgy, and chewy, and nutty, and salty, and crunchy… it’s just perfection.
If you’re looking for an indulgent dessert that will wow whoever you share it with, look no further than these chewy, fudgy snickers brownies. I mean is it just me or is the combination of peanut butter and chocolate just so satisfying? Plus, Snickers bars will forever have a sweet spot in my heart. They’re just the best candy bar out there, hands down. So why not combine all those flavors of a Snickers: chocolate, nougat, caramel AND fudgy brownies for the ultimate decadent treat?!

My top tips:
- BROWNIE MIX: You already know I had to throw a shortcut in here somewhere so we’re using a boxed brownie mix to make this recipe even easier! I swear the Ghirahdelli double chocolate brownie mix is just as good (if not better) than any other brownie recipe I’ve tried. If you’d still like to make yours from scratch, just be sure you use a recipe that traditionally fits a 9×9 pan.
- GREASE YOUR PAN: Make sure you grease your mini muffin tin generously with non-stick cooking spray before adding the brownie batter. It’s no fun to make a dessert just for it to get stuck in the pan!
- SNICKERS BITES: It’s important to press the Snickers candy bites into the baked brownies immediately out of the oven, while the brownies are still warm. If you try to add them once the brownies have cooled, they will be very hard to press, and the candy will not stick properly.
- CHOCOLATE: I recommend heating the chocolate and peanut butter in 30 second intervals because the chocolate can burn and seize easily. It’s hard to reverse clumpy chocolate, so I recommend watching it closely! You can also use a double boiler here instead of the microwave.
- TOPPING: I like using salted peanuts to offset the sweetness of these brownie bites, but you can use whatever kind of peanuts you like! It’s important to top these with chopped peanuts while the chocolate is still wet. The wet chocolate acts as a glue, then once the chocolate sets, the peanuts will stay in place.
- COOLING: I recommend letting these treats set at room temperature. If your house is warm, refrigerating can help the chocolate topping firm up, but I wouldn’t store them long-term in the refrigerator, as the candy inside might become too hard.
- REMOVING FROM THE PAN: I don’t recommend removing these brownie bites from the muffin tin until the brownies are fully cooled. If the edges of the brownies seem to be stuck to the pan, you can run a butter knife around the edges to loosen each cup.
- STORING: Transfer any leftovers into an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 1 week!
