Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package chocolate chip cookie dough store-bought
  • 30 Oreos
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened (half a block)
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips roughly 2 cups
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place your cookie dough into your lined baking pan and press it down to form a crust.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top is golden to your liking, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Add your Oreo cookies into the bowl of a food processor and pulse them into fine crumbs.
  • Pour the cookie crumbs into a medium sized mixing bowl, then add in the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  • Press the Oreo truffle mixture on top of the cooled cookie layer, then set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate on top of the Oreo truffle layer, spread it into an even layer, then transfer to the fridge to set the chocolate, about 1 hour.
  • Slice into squares and enjoy!
