Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Place your cookie dough into your lined baking pan and press it down to form a crust.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top is golden to your liking, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Add your Oreo cookies into the bowl of a food processor and pulse them into fine crumbs.
Pour the cookie crumbs into a medium sized mixing bowl, then add in the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Press the Oreo truffle mixture on top of the cooled cookie layer, then set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the Oreo truffle layer, spread it into an even layer, then transfer to the fridge to set the chocolate, about 1 hour.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
