No Bake Oreo Bat Cookies
No Bake Oreo Bat Cookies are adorable, chocolatey Halloween treats made with Double Stuf Oreos, cookie wings, melted chocolate, and candy eyes for an easy, festive dessert everyone will love!
Servings: 12 Oreo bats
Ingredients
- 18 Double Stuf Oreos
- 24 candy eyes
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Carefully twist apart 6 of the Oreo cookies and discard the filling. Break each cookie in half to form a total of 24 wings.
- Insert two bat wings into the cream portion of the remaining Oreo cookies, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat as you go.
- Add the chocolate chips into a small microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip the front side of each Oreo bat into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, then return them to the prepared baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, place two candy eyes on each of the Oreo cookies to form the bat eyes.
- Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes to set the chocolate coating before serving.
