- 1 bag microwave popcorn or roughly 10 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup mini Nilla Wafers
- 1 cup dried banana chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup instant banana pudding mix
Pour the popcorn into a large bowl, remove any unpopped kernels, then add in the mini marshmallows, mini Nilla Wafers, and banana chips. Mix to combine, then set it aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth. Then stir in the banana pudding mix.
Pour the banana flavored chocolate over the popcorn and stir to fully coat.
Transfer the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and push it into an even layer.
Let the chocolate set completely, then break into pieces!
