Ingredients

  • 32 store-bought brownie bites find these in the bakery at your local grocery store
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Transfer your store-bought brownie bites onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter, cocoa powder, and milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil.
  • Immediately remove from the heat and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Once the mixture forms a thick and glossy frosting consistency, stir in the chopped pecans.
  • While still warm, spoon a tablespoon of the frosting over each brownie bite. Work quickly here, the frosting tends to set up and crystalize fast.
  • Allow the frosting to fully harden and set for about 20 minutes before enjoying!
