Servings: 6 people
- 1 bag microwave popcorn or roughly 10 cups popped popcorn
- 12 golden Oreo cookies crushed
- 3 tbsp strawberry Jell-O mix
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pour your popped popcorn into a mixing bowl, making sure to remove any unpopped kernels, then set aside for later.
Add your Oreo cookies to the bowl of a food processor and pulse them into fine crumbs. You can also crush them with a Ziploc bag and rolling pin if you don’t have a food processor.
Transfer the Oreo crumbs into a mixing bowl, then stir in the strawberry Jell-O mix and melted butter. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour the white chocolate into your bowl of popcorn, then mix to combine. If your bowl has a lid, you can put that on and shake to coat.
Sprinkle the strawberry Oreo crumb mixture into the bowl of chocolate coated popcorn, then toss to coat.
Transfer the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat to cool completely before storing or enjoying!
