Strawberry Cheesecake Crackers
With a buttery Ritz cracker base, creamy cheesecake topping and strawberry pie filling, these Strawberry Cheesecake Crackers are the perfect spring or summer dessert. So easy to make and great for entertaining!
Servings: 35 crackers
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 35 Ritz crackers about 1 sleeve
- 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or Ziploc bag, cut off one end, then pipe about 1 tsp of filling onto each Ritz cracker.
- Spoon 1 tsp of strawberry pie filling on top of each one and enjoy!
