Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ct) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter melted (1 stick)
  • 1 (16 oz) container spinach-artichoke dip 2 cups
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded (divided)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic about 3 cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut your store-bought biscuits into quarters, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add spinach-artichoke dip, melted butter, minced garlic, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold everything together until well combined, then pour into the prepared baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake until the top is golden brown, about 45 minutes. If the top is browning too quickly, cover lightly with foil.
