- 2 (8 ct) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup butter melted (1 stick)
- 1 (16 oz) container spinach-artichoke dip 2 cups
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded (divided)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic about 3 cloves
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cut your store-bought biscuits into quarters, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add spinach-artichoke dip, melted butter, minced garlic, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Fold everything together until well combined, then pour into the prepared baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
Bake until the top is golden brown, about 45 minutes. If the top is browning too quickly, cover lightly with foil.
