Sour Patch Grapes

Sour patch grapes are made with green grapes, lemon juice,and Jell-O powder! They’re sweet, crunchy, and a fun swap for sour candy!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice from about 1 lemon
  • 1 (3 oz) box pineapple Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box lime Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box cherry Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box orange Jell-O

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  • Remove your washed and dried grapes from their stems and add them to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour fresh lemon juice onto the grapes, then toss to coat in the lemon juice.
  • Add each Jell-O mix packet to their own bowl or Ziploc bag, then evenly distribute the grapes among the different flavors.
  • Shake to coat the grapes completely, then transfer them to your prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
