Equipment

  • electric mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) packet instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 apples (I use half granny smith, half fuji) cored and chopped, reserve some for topping
  • 6 full sized snickers bars chopped, reserve 1 for topping
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whip heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to make whipped cream (an electric mixer is helpful here to reach stiff peaks). Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine instant pudding with milk. Whisk to form a thick pudding, then fold in the whipped cream and cinnamon.
  • Once combined, add in chopped apples, and snickers bars (be sure to reserve some for topping).
  • Drizzle caramel sauce on top, then garnish with more chopped apples and snickers. Refrigerate until serving.
