Servings: 8 people
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) packet instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 apples (I use half granny smith, half fuji) cored and chopped, reserve some for topping
- 6 full sized snickers bars chopped, reserve 1 for topping
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
In a medium mixing bowl, whip heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to make whipped cream (an electric mixer is helpful here to reach stiff peaks). Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine instant pudding with milk. Whisk to form a thick pudding, then fold in the whipped cream and cinnamon.
Once combined, add in chopped apples, and snickers bars (be sure to reserve some for topping).
Drizzle caramel sauce on top, then garnish with more chopped apples and snickers. Refrigerate until serving.
