S'mores Crack

S'mores crack features crunchy and sweet brown sugar toffee baked onto graham crackers, then topped with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows!

Ingredients

  • 12 sheets graham crackers
  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a 10x15 jelly roll pan with foil.
  • Cover the bottom of the pan with graham crackers, breaking them to fit as needed. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then continue boiling for 4 minutes.
  • Carefully pour the hot toffee mixture evenly on top of the graham crackers, smooth out the surface with a spatula if needed.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over top.
  • Turn your oven to the broiler setting and transfer the s’mores crack back to the oven for 15-30 seconds. Watch closely to avoid burning the marshmallows.
  • Let cool completely, then break into bite sized pieces before enjoying.
