S'mores Cookie Cups
S'mores Cookie Cups are the ultimate summer cookie! Chocolate chip cookie cups are stuffed with graham cracker crumbs, gooey marshmallows, and Hershey’s chocolate bars. Everyone's favorite summer bonfire snack turned into cookies!

- 1 (16 oz) package store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 12 marshmallows cut in half
- 2 Hershey's chocolate bars
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a (24 cup) mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Grab your store-bought cookie dough and slice into 24 equal squares (just follow the perforated lines) then drop one square of cookie dough into each muffin tin cavity.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, then take the handle of a spatula and press down in the center of each cookie to create a well.
Add 1 tsp of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each cookie cup, then turn your oven to broil, and cut each marshmallow in half.
Place half of a marshmallow, cut side down, into each cookie cup, then broil for 30 seconds, watching very closely so the marshmallows don’t burn.
Immediately top each toasted marshmallow with a square of chocolate, then let cool before removing from the muffin tin and enjoying.
