- 1 (6 oz) box Stovetop stuffing prepared according to box instructions
 - 1 lb mild sausage
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries chopped
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and prepare your stuffing according to the box instructions.
Combine the uncooked sausage, prepared stuffing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, eggs, chicken broth, and salt and pepper. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until well-combined.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet as you go.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Once the sausage stuffing balls are done, remove them from the oven and cool slightly. Serve by themselves or with a cranberry sauce and/or gravy on the side for dipping!
