Rolo Ritz Freckles
Rolo Ritz Freckles are made by pressing Rolo stuffed Ritz crackers pressed onto a bed of colorful sprinkles and melted Hershey's Kisses!

- 48 Ritz crackers
- 24 Rolos
- 1 (10 oz) ccntainer nonpareils about 1 1/4 cups
- 24 Hershey's Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers upside down on your prepared baking sheet, then top each cracker with a Rolo.
- Bake for 4 minutes to soften the Rolos, then sandwich another Ritz cracker on top, pressing down slightly to flatten the Rolos, then place in the freezer to allow the Rolos to set.
- In the meantime, lower your oven temperature to 200 degrees F and spread a thin, even layer of nonpareils sprinkles onto a baking sheet.
- Place the Hershey's Kisses on top of the sprinkles, evenly spaced apart and bake for 10 minutes to fully soften the kisses.
- Remove the tray from the oven and gently press a Rolo stuffed Ritz cracker onto each softened kiss.
- Return to the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
