Reese’s Brownie Bites
Reese’s Brownie Bites have a fudgy brownie exterior stuffed with mini Reese’s cups, topped with creamy peanut butter chips and Reese’s Pieces candy. You can’t go wrong with this decadent dessert!

- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix batter prepared according to box instructions
- 24 miniature Reese's cups from 1 (10 oz) bag
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 (4 oz) box Reese's Pieces chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare your brownie batter following the directions on the box, then evenly divide the batter among each greased mini muffin tin cup and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Immediately press a miniature Reese’s cup into the center of each baked brownie bite, then set aside to cool.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
- Spoon 1 tsp of the melted peanut butter chips on top of each brownie bite, then sprinkle with chopped Reese’s Pieces.
- Let set completely before removing from the pan and enjoying!
