- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips divided
- 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups pretzel sticks broken into pieces
- 1 cup peanuts
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup peanut butter chips, butter, and creamy peanut butter.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Break the pretzel sticks into smaller pieces, then add the broken pretzel sticks and peanuts into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.
Drop 2 tbsp sized clusters of the pretzel and peanut mixture onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt the remaining peanut butter chips, then transfer to a ziploc bag, cut off one end, and drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over the clusters.
Transfer to the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
