Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters
Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are no-bake sweet and salty treats made with pretzels and peanuts coated in chocolate and peanut butter, then drizzled with more peanut butter!
Servings: 16 clusters
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips divided
- 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups pretzel sticks broken into pieces
- 1 cup peanuts
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup peanut butter chips, butter, and creamy peanut butter.
- Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Break the pretzel sticks into smaller pieces, then add the broken pretzel sticks and peanuts into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.
- Drop 2 tbsp sized clusters of the pretzel and peanut mixture onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the remaining peanut butter chips, then transfer to a ziploc bag, cut off one end, and drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over the clusters.
- Transfer to the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
