Peanut Butter Popcorn
This chewy peanut butter popcorn is coated in a gooey peanut butter mixture, then topped with Reese’s Pieces candy, making it salty, sweet, and very addictive!

Ingredients
- 2 bags microwave popcorn
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces
Instructions
- Add your popcorn to a mixing bowl, making sure to remove any unpopped kernels, then set aside for later.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, and honey. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then continue boiling for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour the peanut butter mixture over your popcorn, then mix to coat evenly.
- Transfer the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces and let cool completely.
