Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) block softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini Reese's cups divided and cut into bite sized pieces

Instructions

  • Start by unwrapping and cutting all your mini peanut buttercups into fourths. You’re just looking for bite sized pieces. Then set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip to form stiff peaks. Set aside.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter cheesecake mixture. Once combined, fold in mini chocolate chips and a little over half of the chopped Reese’s cups.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then top with more chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
