1(10 oz) bagmini Reese's cupsdivided and cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions
Start by unwrapping and cutting all your mini peanut buttercups into fourths. You’re just looking for bite sized pieces. Then set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip to form stiff peaks. Set aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter cheesecake mixture. Once combined, fold in mini chocolate chips and a little over half of the chopped Reese’s cups.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then top with more chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
