Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb yellow american cheese
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños

Instructions

  • Add the cheeses, evaporated milk, and spices to a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Drain the can of diced jalapenos, add them to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
  • Serve warm. This dip will thicken as it cools.
