- 1/2 lb colby jack cheese
- 1/2 lb yellow american cheese
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños
Add the cheeses, evaporated milk, and spices to a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Drain the can of diced jalapenos, add them to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
Serve warm. This dip will thicken as it cools.
