Monster Cookie Dough Oreos
Monster Cookie Dough Stuffed Oreos, with an edible monster cookie dough stuffed into the middle of an Oreo cookie, these are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Servings: 35 Oreos
Ingredients
- 1 (13 oz) package Oreo cookies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 4 tbsp butter softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini M&M's
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In microwave safe bowls, microwave your flour and oats for 60-90 seconds each, stirring halfway through. Set aside to cool completely.
- Carefully separate the Oreo cookie halves, then place half of the Oreo cookies, cream side up, onto a baking sheet.
- Combine the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, then add in the milk and sprinkle in the heat-treated flour and oats.
- Mix to form a dough, then fold in the mini M&Ms and mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and top each Oreo half with a dough ball.
- Sandwich the cookie dough balls with another Oreo half, pressing down gently to avoid breaking the Oreos!
