Lucky Charms Snack Mix
Lucky Charms Snack Mix is a sweet and salty mix full of popcorn, chex, lucky charms cereal, pretzels, and more all coated in white chocolate! It’s a delicious St. Patrick’s Day sweet treat.
Servings: 12 people
Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn or (1) 2.75 oz microwave bag
- 2 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 cups lucky charms cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 (10 oz) bag m&m's divided
- 4 cups white chocolate chips or (2) 12 oz bags
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup lucky charms marshmallows I picked mine out from the box of cereal
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add popcorn, chex, lucky charms, pretzels, and 1 cup m&m’s. Mix to combine, then set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl of snack mix and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer the mix to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then immediately sprinkle with lucky charms marshmallows (I just picked them out of the cereal) and remaining m&m’s.
- Let the chocolate coating set completely before breaking into pieces and serving!
