- 3 (15 ct) boxes frozen phyllo cups
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup lime juice from roughly 2 limes
- 2 tbsp lime zest from roughly 2 limes, divided
- 1/3 cup Cool Whip thawed
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the store-bought phyllo shells onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and 1 tbsp lime zest, then mix until smooth and creamy.
Spoon about 2 tsp of filling into each phyllo shell, then bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer the key lime bites to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until ready to garnish.
To garnish, add a dollop of Cool Whip on top of each key lime cup, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and remaining lime zest.
