Key Lime Crack
This easy, key lime crack is crunchy, sweet, and zesty all in one bite! Made from cinnamon toast crunch, pretzels, marshmallows, white chocolate, and lime zest, you’ll be hooked at first bite!

Ingredients
- 4 cups cinnamon toast crunch golden grahams or broken graham crackers work too
- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 (11 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp lime zest from about 2 limes
- 2 tbsp lime juice from about 1/2 a lime
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cinnamon toast crunch, pretzels, and mini marshmallows. Toss to combine, then set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Add 2 tbsp of lime zest to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
- Pour the chocolate and lime zest mixture over the cereal, pretzel, and marshmallow mixture, then mix to evenly coat everything in the chocolate.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, as well as the remaining lime zest.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Break into pieces for serving.
