Funfetti Puppy Chow

Ingredients
- 5 cups rice Chex cereal corn chex works too
- 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers or chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp almond extract optional but gives cake batter flavor
- 1 1/2 cups funfetti cake mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate, coconut oil and almond extract. Microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth, then set aside.
- Add your Chex cereal into the largest bowl you can find, then pour in the melted white chocolate mixture and toss to combine.
- Heat treat the funfetti cake mix by adding it to a microwave safe bowl and microwaving for 60-90 seconds.
- In a Ziploc or large container with a lid, combine the funfetti cake mix, powdered sugar and sprinkles.
- Add the chocolate coated Chex to the dry ingredients and shake to coat.
- Transfer to a bowl for serving!
