Cookies and Cream Bark
Cookies and Cream Bark is an easy 30-minute treat made with white chocolate and lots of Oreos, it’s the quickest cookies and cream candy that everyone will love!
Servings: 16 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips roughly 2 cups
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 20 Oreos crushed and divided
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
- Break each Oreo cookie into 4 pieces, set aside 1/3 cup of the Oreo pieces for later, then pour the rest of the Oreo chunks into the melted white chocolate, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the chocolate coated cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, spread into an even layer, and top with remaining Oreo pieces.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before breaking or slicing onto pieces.
