Unwrap the Rice Krispie Treats and place them on a lined baking sheet, then set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Once smooth, mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave your flour for 60-90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle in the heat-treated flour and mix to form a dough, then fold in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into 2 tbsp sized balls, then place 1 ball on top of each Rice Krispie Treat.
Carefully flatten the cookie dough balls onto the surface of each Rice Krispie Treat, spreading all the way to the edges.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tsp vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Cookie Dough Rice Krispie Treats and immediately sprinkle with remaining mini chocolate chips.
Transfer to the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes to set the chocolate drizzle. Once set, carefully break off the excess candy-coating pieces around each treat before enjoying!
