- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits 8 count
- 1/2 cup melted butter 1 stick
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Separate the biscuits from each other, then cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.
Transfer the biscuit pieces to your prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
While the biscuit bites are in the oven, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl.
Working one by one, dip each biscuit bite into a bowl of melted butter, then directly into the cinnamon sugar, rolling to coat completely. Serve immediately.
