Cinnamon Roll Pretzels

Cinnamon roll pretzels are baked in a cinnamon sugar coating and covered in a white chocolate drizzle! Perfect for holiday gatherings, gifting, or movie night snacking!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 cups small pretzels I use tiny twists
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (4 tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Add the pretzels to a large mixing bowl, then pour in the melted butter and toss to coat.
  • Add the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then toss to coat one more time.
  • Pour the pretzels onto your baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • While the pretzels cool, microwave white chocolate and vegetable oil in 30 second increments until smooth.
  • Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the pretzels, then let set completely (you can place them in the fridge to speed this up) before breaking apart and enjoying!
