Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans peach chunks drained
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (5 ct) cans Pillsbury cinnamon rolls reserve the icing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. If using canned peaches, drain off any excess liquid.
  • Combine peach chunks, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Then set aside for later.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into 6 pieces, then transfer all the cinnamon roll pieces into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Add the peach chunks from earlier into the baking dish and mix to combine with the cinnamon rolls.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls on top before enjoying!
