Churro Popcorn
Delicious churro popcorn is coated in melted white chocolate, then tossed in a warming cinnamon sugar mix.

- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Pour the popped popcorn into a large container or mixing bowl and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour the white chocolate into your bowl of popcorn, then mix to combine. If your container has a lid, you can put that on and shake to coat.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the chocolate coated popcorn, then toss to coat.
Transfer the popcorn to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat to cool before storing or enjoying!
