Servings: 75 bugles
- 1 (7.5 oz) bag Bugles
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips about 2 cups
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and sort through the Bugles, setting aside any that are flat, broken, or have no opening. You won’t use those.
Using an electric mixer, cream the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add another tablespoon or 2 of milk to thin.
Transfer the peanut butter filling into a piping bag or ziploc bag, cut off one end, and fill each Bugle with the peanut butter mixture.
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Dip the filled end of each Bugle into the melted chocolate, then place on your prepared baking sheet to set up. Store in an airtight container once the chocolate is set.
