Chocolate Covered Strawberry Dip
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Dip is about to be your new favorite take on a chocolate covered strawberry! So simple to make, just mix up a 2-ingredient chocolate pudding base, top with fresh strawberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate! No baking required.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip thawed
- 1 (4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 lb chopped strawberries about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine thawed Cool Whip and instant chocolate pudding mix, then mix until combined.
- Transfer the whipped chocolate mixture into the bottom of a pie plate or shallow serving dish and spread into an even layer.
- Wash and dry your strawberries, cut them into small bite-sized pieces, then add the chopped strawberries on top of the whipped chocolate base.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziploc bag, cut off one end, and drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate until serving alongside dippers of your choice!
