Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies are rich, fudgy brownies made with boxed brownie mix, topped with fresh strawberries and finished with a luscious chocolate drizzle for an easy, irresistible twist on classic chocolate covered strawberries!

Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix prepared according to box instructions
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
- Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces, then spread them into an even layer on top of the baked brownies.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle, then slice into squares before serving!
