Caramel Candied Cheetos

- 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 (8 oz) bag Cheeto puffs
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook until melted and smooth (about 5 minutes).
Once smooth, turn off the heat and stir in the baking soda.
Pour the bag of Cheetos onto your prepared baking sheet, then drizzle the caramel mixture evenly over top.
Bake the Cheetos for 1 hour, stirring and tossing them around every 15 minutes.
Let cool completely before enjoying.
