Caramel Apple Bark

- 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 24 ritz crackers
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup caramel apple dip
- 2 small granny smith apples diced
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, then place down a layer of Ritz crackers. Set aside.
Add your chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Spread ¾ of the melted chocolate on top of the crackers, then top the layer of chocolate with pretzels. Transfer for the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
Microwave your caramel dip for 30-45 seconds to make it easier to spread, then spread it on top of the pretzel layer.
Sprinkle with diced apples, then drizzle the remaining melted chocolate on top.
Transfer to the freezer for another 20 minutes to harden the chocolate drizzle.
Once the bark is firm, cut or break into pieces before enjoying!
