- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp pickle brine
- 1 cup pickles chopped and divided
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth, then add in the Franks Red Hot and pickle brine. Mix again to combine.
Fold in your shredded chicken and ⅔ cup chopped pickles. Then transfer the dip into your serving dish.
Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add in the panko bread crumbs, garlic powder and cayenne pepper, then toast until the breadcrumbs are deeply golden in color.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the dip, then top with the remaining chopped pickles. Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge until serving.
