Unwrap the Rice Krispie Treats and place them on a lined baking sheet, then set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch sized balls, then place 1 ball on top of each Rice Krispie Treat.
Carefully flatten the peanut butter balls onto the surface of each Rice Krispie Treat, spreading all the way to the edges.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Dunk the tops of each Rice Krispie Treat into the melted chocolate, let any excess chocolate run off, then transfer back to your prepared baking sheet.
Once all the Rice Krispie Treats are dipped, combine peanut butter chips and 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil in another microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over each Rice Krispie Treat, then transfer to the fridge to set the chocolate before enjoying.
