Boursin Candied Bacon Crackers
Boursin candied bacon crackers are the easiest appetizer ever! Crackers are topped with creamy Boursin cheese, bacon, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes to create this flavor packed appetizer!

- 40 original club crackers about 1.5 sleeves
- 1 (5.3 oz) package garlic and herb Boursin cheese
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking tray with foil, then place a wire rack on top.
Spread a thin layer of Boursin cheese on top of each club cracker, then place on the baking rack.
Cut strips of bacon into 4 smaller sections, then place one section on top of each cracker.
Sprinkle roughly 1/2 tsp of brown sugar on top of the bacon, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the bacon is caramelized. Bake time may need adjusted depending on the thickness of your bacon.
Let cool slightly before enjoying!
