Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) box white cake mix
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 24 Hershey's Birthday Cake Kisses from 1 (10 oz) bag

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • Mix together the white cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until a dough forms.
  • Scoop out the cookies with a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop and roll into balls.
  • Pour the rainbow sprinkles or non-pareils into a shallow bowl and roll each cookie ball in the sprinkles until well coated before placing on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown, then remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Press an unwrapped birthday cake kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cool completely on a cooling rack or serve warm!
