Banana Pudding Hawaiian Rolls are a sweet, simple dessert that has all the flavors of banana pudding tucked inside Hawaiian rolls and sprinkled with crushed vanilla wafer cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana cream pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (12 oz) package hawaiian rolls
  • 1 (11 oz) box Nilla wafers
  • 1 banana sliced into coins

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine banana cream pudding mix with milk. Whisk to dissolve any lumps, then set aside to thicken for 5 minutes.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut out the center of each Hawaiian roll, making sure you don’t cut through the bottom, then discard the excess bread.
  • Spoon one heaping tbsp of the thickened pudding into the bottom of each Hawaiian roll, then press a Nilla wafer on top.
  • Slice your banana, then add one banana slice into each Hawaiian roll and top with another heaping tbsp of banana cream pudding.
  • Sprinkle with crushed Nilla wafers before enjoying!
