Start by peeling and shredding the carrot and chopping the green onion.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork with the carrot, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic chili sauce.
Mix well, then grab a small bowl of water and the wonton wrappers.
Form the wontons. Start by dipping your finger into the water and placing a dab of water on the edges of the wonton. Then place about one teaspoon of the wonton filling into the center of the wonton.
Fold one opposite corner to meet the other. This will form a triangle shape. Using your index finger and thumb, seal the edges tightly. You don't want any air left in the center of the wonton.
Flip over the triangle and gently press the center inwards. Wet one of the corners that is facing upward then bring both ends together.
Press to ensure the corners have adhered to each other. Repeat this process until all of the filling has been used.
Place the formed wontons in the air fryer basket and give a light spray of olive oil if you have it. You want one single layer of wontons.
Air fry at 400 for 8 minutes. Flip them, then air fry at 300 for 5 minutes. Times will differ depending on the air fryer so keep an eye on them.
Once all sides are golden brown, transfer them to a plate and serve with chili garlic sauce.
