- 1 (13 oz) package donut holes I used glazed
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sprinkles of choice
- 12 pretzel sticks
In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Working one by one, dip the top part of the donut hole in the melted chocolate and then immediately dip into a bowl of sprinkles.
Push ½ of a pretzel stick into the top of the donut hole with the chocolate and sprinkles. Place your finished acorn donut hole onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
