Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Mix well and add whatever you're marinading.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and set in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
