- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well and add whatever you're marinading.
Cover with plastic wrap and set in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
